Joseph Fields Farm is a 50-acre Black-Owned and operated family farm on Johns Island, South Carolina. The farm is Certified Organic and has been a pillar in the Gullah Geechie region of coastal South Carolina for over forty-five years. Joseph Fields was a third-generation farmer who, with his wife Helen, created partnerships with the public school system to establish mentorship for the community. The Fields Farmers Market is open to the public.
