Today, I am a Personal Chef. But, for the last decade, I’ve been supporting myself as an artist by working front of house for high-profile New York City and Los Angeles restaurants (cliché, I know). I’ve been a student to some of the best Sommeliers in the country and have grown to be highly-skilled and extremely confident selling wine at the highest level. The Just Playted Wine Tasting will feature a selection of natural wines that I am enjoying right now. You’ll walk away with a new understanding of the winemaking process and how you can apply the information to your own lifestyle.
